We are very pleased that you are interested in becoming a new member, or perhaps you are already a member and want to review the terms of membership. Read about the rules for membership below:
- The terms and conditions for membership in HMR at Home may change from time to time, and you should review carefully all communications you receive from HMR and connect to this link periodically to keep updated.
As an HMR at Home member, you will receive all of the following benefits:
- 10% discount on your first order of the HMR Healthy Solutions Quick Start™ Diet Kit
- 10% discount on each future HMR at Home reorder (provided the minimum order amount is met)
- 10% discount on any additional orders placed with an HMR at Home order
- 10% discount on any non-HMR at Home orders placed between scheduled HMR at Home orders (free shipping on these orders limited to orders of $200 or more)
- Automatic delivery of your HMR at Home reorder every two weeks
- Step-by-step weight-loss materials with first order
- Free “Quick Start™” call with an HMR weight management consultant following first order to help you get the strongest start possible (optional)
- Free shipping on all regularly scheduled HMR at Home orders and reorders
- Each HMR at Home order requires a minimum order of HMR weight-loss foods.
- You authorize us to bill you through a valid credit card and will provide us with all necessary credit card information.
- We will store your credit card information in a secure way and automatically bill your credit card as each order is processed.
- Within three days of order processing and billing, you will receive an email notification of your next scheduled HMR at Home reorder.
- You must keep your credit card and other registration information up-to-date. You can do this by going to website, and you can make changes to your HMR at Home reorder there, as well.
- We take steps to keep your personal information secure. However, you must let us know right away if you feel that there has been any unauthorized use of your credit card, registration, or order information, or if there is any other reason you are concerned about use of your credit card or personally identifiable information
- You may change your shipping and delivery schedule for future HMR at Home reorders up to two times. If you make an initial change to your delivery schedule, you must receive this order before making a second change to your delivery schedule.
- Members may change future HMR at Home reorders of weight-loss foods or cancel membership at any time. We cannot change or cancel orders after processing is complete.
- You may change your HMR at Home reorder and still be an HMR at Home member as long as you continue to meet the minimum order requirement.
